These terms govern your use of the DigitalGate website and services. By engaging us, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide:

Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, web) Subscription marketing automation Resold utility services (e.g. mobile, internet, electricity)

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are outlined in your service proposal or invoice.Subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled in writing.Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely information and approvalsMaintain access to necessary platforms and assets Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of DigitalGate until full payment is received. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use finished work upon payment.

5. Liability & Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We provide services on an “as-is” basisWe are not liable for indirect losses or service outages caused by third parties (e.g. Google, Telstra)

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees due up to termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
